Our service tax is calculated strictly on the total time taken from when the delivery partner accepts your request to when your order reaches your hands.
Fast nearby pickups & quick preparation
Applied when total elapsed time from order acceptance to doorstep delivery is within 30 minutes.
Moderate distances or busy kitchen hours
If total pickup and transit time exceeds 30 minutes up to 60 minutes, the tax becomes ₹120.
Long distance & out-of-city orders
For every additional 30 minutes required, an additional ₹60 service tax is systematically added.
Inside the QHP official app, every food order follows this smooth step-by-step workflow.
In the app, choose from nearby featured restaurants or manually type any local hotel name, specify menu items, and submit.
A nearby QHP delivery partner accepts your request and immediately calls you to confirm the order details and hotel location.
After confirmation, the partner goes to the restaurant, collects your food, and enables Live GPS Location Tracking on your app screen.
Your hot food is delivered to your door! Total active time is calculated, and you pay food costs plus the exact ₹60/30-min tax tier.
